Lynn Wolf, MSN, CNM, PMHNP-BC, is the Founder and CEO of Midwifing the Mind, an integrative psychiatry practice dedicated to redefining mental health care through a whole-person approach. As both a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse Midwife, she brings a rare combination of expertise in psychiatry, reproductive mental health, psychopharmacology, and trauma-informed care.

With more than a decade of clinical experience, Lynn believes that meaningful healing begins by understanding the whole person, not just a diagnosis. Her approach recognizes the interconnected roles of the brain, hormones, nervous system, physical health, relationships, and life experiences. Every treatment plan is thoughtfully tailored to the individual, blending evidence-based medicine with genuine curiosity, collaboration, and compassion.

Lynn specializes in women's mental health across the lifespan, including fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, PMDD, perimenopause, and menopause. She also provides care for teens (16+) and adults of all genders experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, trauma, and complex PTSD.

Her practice integrates thoughtful psychiatric medication management with lifestyle medicine, nutrition, hormone-informed care, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy when clinically appropriate. She believes patients deserve more than symptom relief. They deserve to understand themselves, feel empowered in their care, and build lasting resilience.

In addition to leading Midwifing the Mind, Lynn serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at Yale University School of Nursing, mentoring the next generation of psychiatric nurse practitioners. Her mission is simple: to create a space where every patient feels genuinely heard, deeply understood, and supported in building a life that feels healthier, more connected, and more fulfilling.
